In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

Access to and use of ks303 is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You are a natural person aged 21 years or older. Corporate entities may not register accounts.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law, other than Indonesia where access is permitted subject to personal responsibility and these Terms.
• You are registering and playing on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or nominee for any third party.
• You have not previously been self-excluded, suspended, or permanently banned from ks303 or any affiliated platform.
• You are not employed by, contracted to, or otherwise affiliated with ks303, its operators, or its technology providers in a capacity that would create a conflict of interest.
• You are of sound mind and registering of your own free will, without coercion.

ks303 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within 72 hours of a request will result in Account suspension pending review.

Each individual may hold one Account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or a different name — is prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent suspension.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document (KTP or passport).
• Date of birth.
• A valid email address that you own and control.
• Indonesian mobile phone number.
• Bank account details or e-wallet identifier matching the payment method you intend to use for deposits and withdrawals.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. Do not share your password with any third party. ks303 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or phone. Any transaction conducted using your Account credentials — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility until you notify us of unauthorized access.

ks303 reserves the right to close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe the Account is being used in breach of these Terms, for fraudulent purposes, or in a manner that poses risk to the Platform or other users.

4.1 Deposits. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum single deposit is Rp 10.000. Accepted deposit methods include BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Deposits are typically credited to your Account within seconds of successful bank confirmation. ks303 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.2 Withdrawals. The minimum single withdrawal is Rp 50.000. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability. We reserve the right to require additional verification documents before releasing any withdrawal.

4.3 Processing Times. Under normal operating conditions:

• Bank transfer withdrawals (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga): typically within 3–10 minutes, 24/7.
• E-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja): typically within 1–5 minutes.
• Processing may be delayed during system maintenance windows or where additional KYC review is required.

4.4 Currency. All balances, bets, and payouts are denominated in IDR. ks303 does not accept or disburse funds in foreign currencies. Any conversion costs incurred by the Player through their own bank are the Player's sole responsibility.

4.5 Chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or e-wallet provider while retaining a positive Account balance constitutes fraud. ks303 will immediately suspend the Account, recover outstanding funds through all available legal means, and report the incident to our licensing authority.

5.1 General. ks303 offers promotional bonuses to eligible registered players from time to time. All bonuses are governed by the specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page, which form part of these Terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must satisfy the stated wagering requirement before they — or any winnings derived from them — can be withdrawn as real money. Wagering requirements range from 5x to 30x depending on the promotion, and are stated explicitly at the point of claiming.

5.3 Eligible Games. Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Contribution rates vary by game category:

• Slot games (including slot gacor featured titles): typically 100% contribution.
• Live casino games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette): typically 10%–20% contribution.
• Sports betting markets (football, mix parlay accumulators, voor bola Asian handicap): contribution as stated per promotion.
• Togel lottery draws: typically 50% contribution unless stated otherwise.

5.4 Bonus Abuse. ks303 operates sophisticated detection systems to identify bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk arbitrage betting to meet wagering requirements, collusion between accounts, and systematic exploitation of promotional structures. Where abuse is detected, ks303 reserves the right to void all bonus funds and any winnings derived from them, and to suspend the Account permanently.

5.5 Expiry. Unclaimed or unused bonus funds expire at the date and time specified on each promotion. Expired bonus funds are removed from the Account automatically and cannot be reinstated.

ks303 is committed to preventing the use of its Platform for money laundering or the financing of illegal activities. We implement AML procedures in compliance with the requirements of our licensing jurisdiction.

As part of our AML obligations, we may:

• Request certified copies of government-issued photo identification (KTP or passport) and proof of address.
• Request evidence of the source of funds deposited to the Account.
• Place a temporary hold on withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of enhanced due diligence.
• Report suspicious activity to relevant financial intelligence authorities without notifying the Player (as required by law — we are legally prohibited from disclosing that a report has been made).

Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit of equivalent or greater value. This policy exists to maintain a documented audit trail and is non-negotiable.

7.1 Placing Bets. All bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. Bets cannot be changed, cancelled, or reversed after confirmation except where ks303 exercises its discretion under clause 7.3. It is the Player's responsibility to verify all bet details — selection, stake, and odds — before confirming.

7.2 Odds and Payouts. Odds are displayed in decimal format. Payouts are calculated as: Stake × Odds. ks303 reserves the right to correct manifest errors in displayed odds. A "manifest error" is an odds value that no reasonable operator would have published — for example, a decimal odds value below 1.01 or above 1000 due to a data feed error.

7.3 Void Bets. ks303 may void a bet where:

• The event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed beyond the rescheduling window specified in the sport-specific rules.
• The bet was placed on a market that was offered due to a data or feed error.
• Evidence of match-fixing or event manipulation is confirmed by the relevant governing body.

7.4 Live Betting. In-play markets are subject to brief suspension during key moments (goals, red cards, break points). Any bet placed during a suspension period is not accepted and the stake is returned. Latency in data feeds is a known characteristic of live betting; ks303 is not liable for decisions made on the basis of delayed information displayed to the Player.

7.5 Togel Draws. Togel results are sourced from the official output of the referenced lottery body (Singapore Pools, Hong Kong Jockey Club, etc.). In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on ks303 and the official draw output, the official draw output prevails.

ks303 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. All registered Players have access to the following tools at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on deposits. Limits take effect immediately when reduced; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the total net loss over a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Receive an alert or automatic logout after a set duration of continuous play.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications showing time elapsed and net session result.
• Self-Exclusion: Suspend your Account for a minimum period of 30 days, up to permanent exclusion. During self-exclusion, the Account cannot be reactivated and no marketing communications are sent.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any Platform content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Platform software.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or data-scraping tools to access or interact with the Platform.
• Frame or deep-link to any part of the Platform without prior written consent.

10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ks303 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

10.2 Without limiting clause 10.1, ks303 is not liable for:

• Losses arising from system downtime, scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, or force majeure events including natural disasters, power failures, telecommunications outages, or government action.
• Losses arising from your use of an unsecured device, network, or browser.
• Errors made by the Player in the course of placing a bet, including selection errors, stake entry errors, or misreading of odds.
• Delays or failures in payment processing caused by third-party banking or e-wallet providers.
• Unauthorized Account access resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

10.3 Where ks303 is found liable despite these exclusions, our aggregate maximum liability to you in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents is capped at the net real-money Account balance held at the time the incident occurred.

11.1 By ks303. We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player is in breach of any provision of these Terms.
• The Account has been used for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• The Player is, or becomes, ineligible under Section 2.
• Regulatory, licensing, or AML obligations require us to do so.

Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, access to the Account balance is restricted until the investigation is complete. Where an Account is permanently closed for cause, outstanding real-money balances (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within 14 business days, subject to AML clearance.

11.2 By the Player. You may request Account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. Outstanding real-money balances (net of any applicable bonus adjustments) will be processed for withdrawal within 5 business days of verified identity confirmation.

ks303 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Players via the email address on record at least 7 days before the change takes effect. Non-material changes (such as editorial corrections or clarifications that do not alter your rights) may take effect immediately upon publication.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the change.

The version of the Terms in force at the time a dispute arises governs that dispute. The current version, including its effective date and version number, is displayed at the top of this page at all times.

13.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ks303 holds its international gaming license. Nothing in this clause limits any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under Indonesian law.

13.2 Internal Complaints. If you have a complaint regarding ks303's services, please contact our support team in the first instance. We will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 5 business days. All complaints must be submitted in writing to [email protected].

13.3 Arbitration. If a complaint cannot be resolved through our internal process within 28 days, either party may refer the dispute to binding arbitration under the procedural rules of the relevant licensing authority's dispute resolution service. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

13.4 Language. The English-language version of these Terms is the authoritative version. Any translation provided for convenience does not affect the interpretation of the English text.
